Search.co.za and New approach group The NEW FBG Whistle blower

WOW! A new Whistle blower from search.co.za also known as FBG Interent and the new approach group has just dropped this bomb shell. Good on you for coming clean and letting people know about their scam practices.
What follows is the content of his email:

Hi i am an ex employer of FBG,

Few things that may help you,

There new address is:
12 ambassador place
Altrincham

They are no longer doing facebook adverts but have converted back to doing google adverts. There new scheme aims to under cut the market, selling google ad words and optimization for a mere £49. How they are doing this is outsourcing the work from india, basically paying buttons to poor indians to do the work for them, shoddy work at that.

The actual company name is 'New approach group' and it is to my understanding they are now using 'Search' as there new name. Whilst i was there we changed our name constantly!

I have read through your blog and everything you have found out is true, the law services is just a fat guy called martin who works in the next room to the call centre, in no way is this business legitimate.

When the company was doing facebook adds, they were basically only using 10% of the money paid to them on advertising, i.e £300 spent, £30 used on advertising because they found a loop hole, the loop hole is that facebook charges you per time your ad appears, so they would always set this to a minimum and take 90% profit each time. In some cases even more depending on if you paid the sign up fee.

If you have any questions about this company please do not hesitate to ask, i know the ins and outs of the place!

I do not wish to disclose my name but as stated above any questions just ask!

Well done for coming clean sir!

Why signing up to Search.za.com is a bad idea

http://www.search.za.com/ is the domain name of an internet scam company out to rip people off through social marketing advertising.

While on the face of it their homepage looks semi professional, dig a little deeper and you will start to see why search.za.com is obviously not legitimate.

For a start their address is a subdomain of another wesite. Kind of like this blog didicated to revealign the truth about www.search.za.com is a subdomain of blogger.

What company would not have their own website domain, especially an internet marketing company pretneding to design websites amoungst other things?

Please do not be fooled by search.za.com they are out to scam you big time.

Search.za.com is a Scam do not be fooled.

www.search.za.com is a facebook advertising scam that has been doing the rounds on the internet, and is the latest guise of the perpertraitors of the FBG Internet Scam . If they call you offering their advertising sevices for social media and google do not be fooled. They are out to rip you off. You can read all about their tactics a and methods on another blog we set up to stop the www.search.za.com people ripping people off.

Below is a message from Jodie who fell foul to the FBG internet Scam and then incredibly the same people called her again to rip her off with their new Scam from search.za.com

Here is Jodies story.

Hi Oliver

Hope you are well! You won’t believe it – but I was contacted today by a company calling themselves Search – www.search.za.com who I believe are the same guys that have been running the FBG internet marketing scam, obviously your blog has made life tough for them and they are onto new ventures. The phone call was the same modus operandi as the FBG guys, I played along as it gave me great pleasure to call them out on this possible new scam. They claimed they are based in Cape Town and when I requested that we set up a meeting as we have a branch in Cape Town, I was told this would not be possible as all their contact is online. My initial contact was Oliver who then started to panic a bit and passed me onto Ben.
I asked Ben his surname and it took him a minute to reply with Graham (he obviously had to think about this one). I then asked that in order to do business with them I would need their company registration number, their VAT number, physical address and bank details. They would not give me any of these details and instead tried to lecture me on the South African Revenue Service and their policies and practices. They claimed that without a VAT number they would not be able to open an account with Standard Bank – not true. The gentleman on the other side of the line, the third person I had been passed onto was clearly incredibly frustrated by my questions and then decided personal insults were the way forward – telling me that if I was making such a big deal about R1399 then it was not worth their while (Aaah, it’s not the money boys – it’s the principle). I then thanked him for amusing me and allowing me the opportunity of wasting his time and I hung up.

Have a look at their website – no direct contact details only the technical guys that you can contact by opening a ticket – sound familiar? J They also have a tool on their website which supposedly lets you verify them with Google. Their product they load onto the back end of your website – scary thought these guys having access to your website!

Kind Regards
Jodie
